Education Support – Lighting the Lamp of Knowledge
We believe that education is the foundation of a progressive society. Yet, millions of children and young adults are deprived of basic educational opportunities due to poverty, lack of infrastructure, and social inequality. At SHANI DIVINE PEACE TRUST, we aim to change this narrative by launching and supporting the following initiatives:
- Scholarship Programs: We offer financial support to deserving and underprivileged students from rural and economically weaker backgrounds to help them pursue school, college, or vocational training.
- Free Tuition Centers: We run free coaching classes in rural and semi-urban areas for students who need academic assistance in core subjects.
- School Kit Distribution: To ease the burden on poor families, we provide school bags, notebooks, stationery, and uniforms at the beginning of each academic year.
- Girl Child Education Campaigns: We actively promote education for girls by organizing awareness drives and sponsoring their school and college education.
- Digital Learning Support: In today’s tech-driven world, digital literacy is crucial. Our trust organizes basic computer learning programs and digital classrooms in remote areas to bridge the technology gap.
